POCSO '2 finger test'

One of my friends is a Doctor and did a 'two finger test' on one of the POCSO cases.. Supreme Court passed a judgement on 31st October 2022 that the Doctor who does '2 finger test' will be held guilty of misconduct... will my friend be held liable, even if she did those tests before 31st oct 2022?

The Acts/judgements are always prosective unless specifically mentioned that the act /judgement is with retrospective effect.

In almost all the Criminal Amendment Acts,  unlike civil law, is mostly retrospective like Section 497 of the IPC. There are other previous judgment which also depreciated two finger test in POCSO case.
