Police not registeringfir

In 1998 due to congestion in market place ,Traders association decided to build new market outside the city so they formed a new company and issued share application money form to raise money from traders and raised around Rs 1.5 crore from nearly 350 traders and bought 40 acre of land and promised each trader a share and 1000 sqft of land in new market place but even after 26 years they didn't give the promised land to trader who invested for project in 1998, I am a trader invested my money for the project so I made police complaint but they are not registering FIR stating it has civil dispute, how this cheating come under civil dispute?Police not doing their duty,then we approched magistrate they dismissed the petition as civil dispute then we approched Madras High court they also dismissed the petition as civi dispute now we didn;t get justice from Indian court all are corrupt to the core now we don't know what to do if court also corrupt,Is there any solution to this problem my father life time saving gone,please suggest solution to this,everyone is corrupt I changed many advocate as they collude with opposite parties I already spent huge money for court proceeding

If it was a civil dispute then why did you continuously  pursued the matter through criminal laws and unnecessarily spent huge money.

If you have a chance to file civil suit nothing prevents you from going ahead with a civil suit for recovery of either the land or money

Hi Sir Thanks for your reply, I invested money as they promised me  land so there is breach of trust they cheated me and not provided the promised land, my advocate stated it comes under criminal breach of trust ,already waited 26 years now why I have approach civil court for their incompetencies?

If you don't approach civil court at least now then you may have to forget the remedies or the reliefs, hence you decide.
