Can banks share customers information with another bank ligally?
Privacy is relevant to the honesty and sincerity of bank staff. Although the banks are not supposed to share the information, but who cares and what can be the mode of checking by whom, if any staff of the bank shares to someone? The related sofftware can take care of the instance of access of the acount information of an account holder, but cannot put any bar, if verbally shared with any unauthorised person after access.
