Dear Advisors,
After mariage, my father tortured mentally my wife and me, so we decided to live separately from my father. Now my father is asking for money for his expenditures. He is already getting pension and illegeal family pension. Why I meant illegal is, he got married after my mothers demise. So, according to law the family pension should stop. Correct me if I am worng.
He says If I didn't pay him the money, he will write some note against me and may die. This threating makes me both physically and mentally unstable. Can you please let me know if any such kind og written statement is legal according to law?
