In 138 case, when accused convicted before trial court. Then what is the procedure for filing of appeal and suspension of sentences?
Whether the trial court power to Suspension of sentences?
What is the further procedure on the date of conviction verdict at trial court?
Pls guide me.

Section 389 cr.p.c states that the sentence may be suspended by the conviction court on the accused filing an application requesting suspense of sentence to enable him to prefer an appeal and it will be initially suspended for 15 days and can be extended for a similar period.
After that the accused can file a bail application during pendency of appeal hearing.
