Dear Sir,

I am a muslim girl (unmarried) my dad is having many properties in india   can a muslim daughter/wife can file a property attachment case in dad's property who is earning currently living his life fully with other women and selling properties for his enjoyment, can we file a property attachment case during his life time is it possible according to indian law and also in muslim law to ask for a property attachment.  please if possible i want to know about both the  indian law  and muslim law(sheriyat) please advice

Dear Mahak.

I think you just posted the querry to know regarding the Laws or Is it the real problem in the life.

cauze considering your points in the forum it looks like that this is just an equation you want to solve.

You must be knowing that in Muslim Law one can merry twicly or thricely and have relations with four wives at a stroke where does the question comes that your father lives with another woman in shariyat?

As far as yopr question of sharing the property with the father arises you have the right till your marriage is not performed.

However if your mother had taken the tallak then she is automatically denied the right except that of amount of Mehar decided mutually .
