a house property was in my name and in my father's name jointly. After the death of the father(1990), his part was settlement in favour of one of his sons. i.e. my brother(2010). In the meantime another brotherwho was living in the house had obtained a patta for the entire property in his name under UDR Scheme (tamilnadu)(1993). Now we want (all the three of us) to change the property in the name of one of us. How to go about it?
