Hello, I would like to know what legal documents builder offer when a plot is purchased from him rather than the goverment agency and what specific point one should be aware of in doing this transaction.
I have bought a property but have only been issue a provisional allotment letter and the current demand letter seeks payment which is equal to 50% of the total amount. And, the only document that I have got is a reciept and a provisional allotment letter along with layout plan.
Please guide.
