Query

Dear sir , Iam running a business in my area , i had taken a shop for rent from the land lord . now i supposed to give my business on lease to another person  , can i give it for lease ?? as per law ? please let me know sir

You cannot give the shop on lease to other person without the permission of your landlord in writing.

thx mam for u r valuable answer , and if the  land lord is agree with that i will go for lease , can u please tell me who will be the responsible person of any issue after the shop gives to lease to any person ??

no, subletting is not permissible under the law.
