rectification of deed

we have bought a flat and the car park provided by the developer was defective and therefore needs to be exchanged. our property is already registered.

what are we suppose to do now? will it be rectification of deed?if yes, what should be the stamp duty and registration charges?

if somebody mentions this with regard to West bengal rules..will be of great help.

also if we buy another Car park alongwith the exchanged car park, what should be the procedure and approximate cost?

Hi, once the property is get registered, you are not able to get the same retified without the cooperation of the Developer. because developer transferred same area of land which is stipulated in the sale deed. Now you have only one option to go in consumer forum becuse there is a defect in service on part of Developer.
