Hi,
My wife who is residing outside india and have 78 cents of land registered under her name (near Krishnagiri District, Tamil Nadu). The neighbour is occupying the property and if my relatives try to enter property he is threatening with abusive words and he also called my wife to her international number in WhatsApp and threatened me to kill my wife and rape her if she did not register that piece of land to him.
What are the legal options here, myself/wife are unable to travel to india currently due to my certain uncontrollable situations.
