Dear Sir,
I am working with MNC on contract base, we have 21 days leaves anually , there is provision to leave encashment for saved leaves. i have 17 days leave pending. i have got 17 days leave encashment on my basic salary. when i asked leave policy to my cnsultency they are saying leave encashment will be on Basic salary and LOP (Loss of Pay) is on gross salary, is that correct according to IT leave policy?
Please guide me on this.
