Dear Mr.Anand,
As per Section 146(1) of the Companies Act, 1956 " A COMPANY SHALL AS FROM THE DAY ON WHICH IT BEGINS TO CARRY ON BUSINESS, OR AS FROM THE (THIRTIETH) DAY AFTER THE DATE OF ITS INCORPORATION WHICH EVER IS EARLIER, HAVE A REGISTERED OFFICE TO WHICH ALL COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTICES MAY BE ADDRESSED.
The concept of head office and corporate office are within the domain of administrative contingencies of a corporate entity and it is not necessary to have corporate and head office and alternatively one office can suffice these three altogether.
Best Regards
Daksh

Dear Mr. Anand,
The Registered office means the office of the Company which is registered with the respective office of Registrar of Companies, Ministry of Corporate Affairs. which is informed by the company upon incorporation and also from time to time if they want to change, subject to fulfillment of the legal procedure.
The Head Office may or may not be the Registered office of the Company. This is in the court of the Company to decide their Head Office for their internal work.
The Corporate Office mainly means the office from where the Company deals with outsiders. The HO and CO may be the same. And also the RO may be the same.
Thanks
Ashutosh
