Release deed

Dear Sir, I got married in 2003, my marriage was love marriage, my father in law made a release deed of my wife before my marriage, now my question is that is there any right of my childrens in that property and is it right to make a release deed before the death of father and before the property devision of brothers, she having two brothers, can i get that property back of her share in future?
