Hi,
whether the secretary report is necessary while conducting the AGM.
can associate member took part in a AGM, if yes what are the requirements he has to fulfil.
Builder had implemented Mobile Tower over soc. terrace, however committe has also did an agreement with a mobile co., but few members of soc.are against the agreement and wants to remove the tower. so where to apply for removal of tower and on what grounds.

First of all you should inquire that all requirements for mobile tower has complete, if not you can complain to local body and if yes you challenge the permison before competent authority or you can file a civil suit on ground of public health & safety.

Dear Nilesh,
There are still two contradictory view whether the radiation emitting from the mobile towers is harmful for the persons living in its vicinity. In addition the prerequisite of structural certification is necessary for installing the mobile tower. Last but not least whether the Society Rules and bye laws permit the installation of the tower is also one of the aspect on which you can agitate.
