request for evidence documents after the case closure

Hi, In a property dispute with in the family, my property original registration doc submitted as evidence by other party as they hold the original document. now case is closed in favour of us. but I don't know how to get my original document from court as they were submitted by other party. my application got rejected already. My lawyer says either we should have past case supporting this to get it. please help me with the process or section with which we can approach court for my property original document. thanks.
