I am planning to file an rera case , need deatils how to calculate the months for which we can force the builder/developer to copensate.
Agreement Possesion Date : Nov 2021
Due to covid by default it fells in to one year extension for same is it correct.
So i can only claim from Dec 2022 is it right ?
Can we ask for termination of flat purchase with interest if yes from which year i can claim interest.
