Son is studying in the Enginnering college and wants to go ahead for GRE but not sure of his father funding for the expenditure for his further studies.Mother is also working woman and taking taking care of herself and the other child.Presently son is studying on educational loan for Engineering.Mother is unable to take all the burden of his studies.Father once in a while spends money when he wish..Can mother/son get some legal help to make sure that father fund for this.who can be approached and what is the way out.Please help
