RTI regarding wife's employment from employer

Hello Everyone,

Recently figured out that wife has changed her job to a new company after I found where she was working earlier.

Question is; are companies listed on the stock exchange such as Reliance, Infosys, Tata, Piramal etc bound by RTI rules regarding sharing of employment details such as income of employees? Or is it only the court who can direct such companies to disclose the employees income details in matters of maintenance cases?
