Can husband file criminal case u/s 383 & 384 against the wife saying that wife is attempting to extort money (Sec.125) from husband illegally by fabricating the false complaints while she herself left the matrimonial home, taken all her belongings and suppressing the fact that she has earlier done the settlement and again after 6 months, registered FIR on ditto same 498a complaint on which she done the settlement earlier and abusing the process of law…
