My name is Aayush, and I have a formal query for all the experienced members out here. I am interested in starting up a Website & Software Development Business, as a Sole Proprietorship. I would consider hiring a few employees to help me out either, but the business shall be Work From Home, as of now.
I would be making a website for my business, and then collecting customers online as well as from advertising offline through pamphlets and ads in newspapers.
I require guidance on the following questions:-
- What are the taxes applicable on such a business structure?
- How to register for those tax certificates?
- Whether any registration is required for Sole Proprietorship? If yes, Where and How?
- How to get a Bank Account in the name of the Firm, "RichWebz Services"?
I would be glad that, anyone viewing this post shall put in a few words of advice for me. URL's. to helpful pages, Contact Numbers etc shall also be great help.
