CONSENT TERMS :-

1.         Mr. A one of the Partner’s of the Disputant no. 1 and

Disputant no 2 consents and agrees to  pay the arrears of society

ABC Premises Co op Society Limited dues of Rs.100000                   as per the bill Period  01.04.1995 to 31.03.2009, and agrees to pay thereafter regularly, to the opponent society. This Payment is being made, for and on behalf of office No 7/8 SB &b Others  Mumbai , and  office No 9 EF Co Mumbai 400 003.

2.          The opponent society agrees to give receipts, in the name of

            Disputant no. 1Co for the arrears/dues paid by Mr.A Subject to             realization   of Cheque.

3.          Mr. A One of the Partner of Disputant no. 1 & 2 consent and agrees

             to  withdraws his Co.’s name from the above Dispute.

4.         On withdrawing from above dispute, the opponent society undertakes to

withdraw the dispute/case no. 1 of 2006,

5          The Disputant No. 1 undertake to withdraw the criminal case pending, in Mazgaon Court being case no. M/07
