Settlement clear

I have settled my credit card 2 years back. Now I have money to clear dues. what should I do?

Make an application to the company stating that due to Kovid you were not in a position to repay the credit card dues amounting to Rs...............(Actual) .and now this amount outstanding was stated as......................

Now that the cardholder is trying to dispose of the property, the company may quote that OTS amount possible enabling the Cardholder to close the account in one go subject to providing of no due certificate.  The request is not to waiver of principal and entire interest but charge interest @ 2% over Bank rate without loss to the company.
