stamp duty for registration

Can anybody help me with the stamp duty payable on leave and license agreement in Pune. The details of the property is as follows: 396 sq. ft (built up area) situated in Erandwana, Pune. Regards, Shreya

Stamp duty is payable as per local laws of the concerned state, it varies from state to state. you will have to enquire at the Sub-Registrar's office or any local lawyer.

Here in Orissa it is 5% of the value of the property.
