Stamp duty on trademark agreement and factoring agreement

Hello, I am executing three different agreements on behalf of my company which is situated in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The agreements are for: 1. Trademark Agreement, 2. Design transfer agreement and 3. Factoring Agreement. Both the Parties of the agreement are also situated in Maharashtra. So i want to know, whether the payment of stamp duty for these agreements fall under Maharashtra Stamp Act or Indian Stamp Act. Thanks.

In Maharashtra, it is done under the ambit of Maharashtra Stamp Act 1958. According to the Act, the stamp duty is equivalent to 7\\% of the transaction value. The stamp duty has to be paid before or at the time of execution of the document.
