fir filed and p@lice has taken the statements as per their record one person statement has been recorded and submitted in the honble court along with chargesheet.
Now the twist is that the person whom they claim gvn the statement to p@lice he was not available in the city on that date and he dint given statement also later on he came to know that on his name the statement has been given pls advice for next step to take what to be done etc and.how his name shud b removed from chargesheet.

The person who has been made as a witness while stepping into the witness box for adducing evidence can clearly state before judge that he is not knowing anythig about it and the he has not signed the papers, he will be let out as hostile witness. No harm will be done to him by police after that
