Dear Friends
I am planning to take a sub-brokership from KIFS SECURITIES LTD.
They had maied me a M.O.U but evrywhere mentioned me as a BRANCH instead of 'Sub-Broker' and have documented in a way that they own the premises.however i am using the premises of a friend so legally even i am not the owner.
When i asked the Representative of KIFS they told me to modify the M.O.U as per my comfort and mail them so that they will print the M.O.U according to my document and send it back to me via COURIER so that we can continue the procedure.
I am uploading the M.O.U they had mailed me.I request if some1 can plz help and modify it for my benifit.
I want to protect the intrest of my friend who is owning the Premises too..plz takecare guys.
