Iftikhar Ahsan (Indian Patent Agent)     26 May 2009

Training to know the comman practice and procedure of court

Dear Fellow Members & Advocates,

I am in final year of LL.B and currently taking my exam. I am an Intellectual Property Professional and to be more specific a Patent Professional. Pursuant to my interest in IPR, I have already achieved limited expertise in this area. I am Registered Indian Patent Agent, having experience of working with a reputed IP law firm and a top most pharmaceutical company.

Now I would like to have part-time training under a practicing advocate in delhi (patial house, karkardooma or teezhazari)  to understand the working procedure of Court, pleading, arbitration etc.

Could some body help in this regards?

My Office is in Gurgaon and office timing is 11:30 am to 8:30 pm. Five days in a weak.
