I want to sale my flat in co-op hsng soc. at Nasik, Maharashtra. Already I made a deal but chairman of soc. refused to give NOC as he want to purchase my flat at low price (as per govn. rate). He also refused to give any writeup of same. Now I want some legal advise for further procedure to sale my flat. Also one can suggest the best lawyer for that so I can get result very soon. Hope I can resolved the problem.

Thanks to reply me and giving direction can anybody suggest a good layer for my problem so i can resolve it Secondly update to my query is the chairman called the buyer and told him that he only will buy this flat and he will not allow anybody to enter in the flat. Everybody knows it is illegal but customers are refusing to purchase because of this. What should I do? shall i complaint to police.
