Hi,
Iam 32 yr old unmarried working women having trouble due to mother & brother after his marriage for my father;s property. Iam staying in my father;s own house registered in his name.
Mother is housewife & brother is working.
My father had purchased another plot & registered in his wife name ( my mother). Can she sell / register for her son with out my knowledge.
Father is 67 yrs old & feel helpless now. According to indian law, as daughter will i have right / my father to stop her selling /register plot in her son;s name.
In future , can my mother trouble me for staying in my father;s house.
