Two dying declarations?

Two dying declarations were made by the deceased, one before the magistrate and the other before the forensic expert opinion (doctor) and the forensic expert opinion raised doubt with regard to the conditions of the deceased to make a voluntary and truthful statement. In such case statements before the Magistrate will prevail over the forensic expert opinion?

Sir you didn't mention the time. What was the condition of person while declaration before magistrate. I think if there was no time difference between two declaration, declaration before forensic expert must be relevant.
