Self Army Officer took premature retirement after 22 years of distinguished service.
Second marriage for both self and wife. Sons one each 18 and 19.
marriage in toruble since the begining as she is head strong, possesive short tempered and insecure. her first husband commited suicide during separation in 2005. she had too cosumed sleeping pills after some months during the period but was saved.
we have lived to gether intermetently during the past two years of marriage as i had to keep getting out due to herv tantrums.and fights. Both residents of Pune. She has her own two flats and I am living in my fathers house in Pune indepently for last four month with my son. she had moved in again for a month and left again this week on monday fater voilent teantrms and breaking glass tables and etc.and took my laptop too. she is at times depressive or melancholic and at times chirpy - mood swings. has under gone some Psycharatic treatment for a short while after break down of last marriage.
Now after the last tantrum on Monday she left and came back at 2 am with her Cousin bro his wife and two cousin sisters and again abused and threatene me and took my Moblie to use against me. Beingof a suspicious nature she used to go through all my things and doccuments. she is now time and again threatening me that she will commit suicide and blame me for everything and ensure I come on the streets. in our earlieear tel conversations too has threatened that she will have me destroyed which I have recorded. As on today she has again threatened that she will commit suicide in the night and destroy me too. I have informed all this to her brother in law to keep a watch on her. what do I do tpo protect my self from abetment of suicide incase she does something. should I file an NC for the same in the local PS? Pls advise.
