Sir I am a resident from Navi Mumbai, in my society we have an utilise space which society has decided to construct toilet for society use, we already have 1 toilet in society but aditional one is as service for commeetial shops. Can society construct toilets, does society need to take permission from NMMC for this.

Any addition, modification, or alteration to sanctioned plan has to be approved by concerned authorities.

Permission has to be sanctioned by Building & Factory department of NMMC.
