Sir /Madam,
Please let me know, is there any notification passed for 1% Vat on House Property ( Purchased during Oct 2009 ) under construction ? If yes On what value We are suppose to Pay / My builder is demanding 1% VAT to be pay to builder's firm, Secondly Do I have to pay the same immediately or after posession ?
Please advice.
