My gratuity amount for my service period with The Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited, Ramagundam Unit is yet to be settled under the mistaken impression that the training period does not count for gratuity entitlement.
I have HC judgement holding training period for employees who are to serve an organization after training is eligible for gratuity entitlement.
I wish to have the address including email address of Controlling Labour Authority who has control over FCI, Ramagundam Unit, Andhra Pradesh to takeover my gratuity claim.
If anybody can help me, pl. do help me EARLY.
