What is after filing maintainance case in court of law?

Respected Expert,

Just want to ask u all what is the next step take place after filing maintainance case u/s 125 crpc.

1. send the notice to husband

2. put the document or allegations reply from husband

3. both arugements recarded thereafter give the decree untill with draw the case.
