I am a victim of planned separation by my husband since 4 - 5 years and has executed now. He has never let me known his income and assets. He has been adjusting his Income and Loans so as to reduce his Interim maintenance and divert in other places. He had also put me in House on Rent by saying its better house and is not allowing me back in my owned house that he has given on Rent. I want to go to my owned house only as the Rent is too High 60,000/-PM. What is the view of Court on this? Whether they allow the victim of DV to go in self owned house or live in same rented premises ? Will i have to bear the cost of this Rent from My Maintenance Granted or Husband will have to pay it? Pls provide some judgements in its support.
