Whome to complain

My negotiations at the Mediation Centre of Allahabad High Court have failed. I have complaint from the partial and unethical behaviour of the medeator. The Incharge of the Mediation Centre declined to receive the Registered Letter of complaint. Would you like to tell whom should i complain???

NO NEED TO WORRY AS ANYTHING SAID IN MEDIATION CENTRE DOES NOT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE IF IT IS FAILED.SOMETIME MEDIATORS BEHAVE LIKE THAT SO THAT THEY CAN MAKE THE ONE PARTY BENT SO COME TO A NEGOTIATION.

I THINK YOU WERE THAT SIDE WHO DID NOT WANT TO COME TO COMPROMISE.

Report to the Chief Justice of that Court. However Judges only entertain Complaints of Large to Very Large Corporations and they even entertain oral telephonic complaints.

File an interim application in before the court to change the mediator if your grivence not accepted by the mediation center.

What are your grievances? You can put it to the chief justice of HC.
