Child custody case is running in family court since 2008.My wife had admitted the case demanding...
1)Temperory Child custody
2)Visitation rights
3)Final custody
Court did not granted her demand of Point 1& 2.The case is at final stage of an order.
Can she come at our home to meet the child without any court order ?Because we have doubt that when she will come with this reason one more issue will be created & she is threating us.

Has Mr. Yadav given his wife any maintanence befitting her and her child's status?[Ex word is foreign and a Hindu Marriage is a sacarment]. Divorce is of foreign origin .Poor Indian wives leave their families to live with their husbands unlike the foreign concept of living equally and seperately. Then her husband throws out his wife and his child and demands that wife must not get any maintainence or property rights and wants to grab poor wife's only shelter viz her child. How is that fair?

She can not force her way in your house to meet the child, but why are you not allowing her to meet the child, she is the mother of the child, her right is as good as yours on the child.
