i my self kumar i married a lady in 2012 and she lived with me few months and later she went for delivery to her home,after delivery her parents told me they will send her daughter after 5 month of the child so i said ok.after 5month we called her parents they said they dontwant to send her daughter.regularly we calling and the same words they are repeat,later our parents and me went to her home to send my wife with me they said no i want to talk to her i said to her parents her mother said she went to job.so we cameback. and we are calling to her parents they said no.now in dec 15 they send a lawyer notice that i am not taking to her matrimonal house .so i went to meet the lawyer i met the lawyer i am ready to take her so he said he will arrange a meeting for both to solve ur misunderstandings. i said please arrage at her uncle house he said ok the next day i went to that place to meet her but the lawyer and she not came there. and i called by phone but no one lifting the phone so i met her uncle i told the all the things happen i waited for 4 hours but no replay then i came back to my home after i met a lawyer he called to that lawyer asked my client came but u r not communicated shell I procede legally and the other lawyer said he talk to my wife she said don’t want to continue with me she want mutual divorce.then my lawyer suggested me that if she don’t want to live with u better u saperate.then I spoke to other lawyer still I am interested to continue my marriage life better u talk once and tell me and the lawyer told me she don’t want to continue marriage life with u.so the lawyer said we will go for mutual divorce. But again saying this they send a court notice after few days they want want maintenance for her and our son.what she is thinking I don’t know what their parents thinking what should I do and they are puts all false aligations on me can I get any justice adwise me what to do and how to procede.
