Wife's rights

I intend to sell my house owned exclusively by me but my wife resides with me, and relocate to another house which I will purchase. She says that she will not vacate the house and will continue to reside therein. If the intending buyer does not get vacany possession, he will not buy. What is my remedy.

Take a loan on existing house and purchase new house go and stay there in new house. Don't repay loan taken. After a few months Recovery agents and Enforcement agents (SARFAESI) will start coming to your house and harrassing your wife. She will come running to your new house.
