Withdrawal of the case

Suppliers received a PDC cheque but it was returned for lack of funds. So they brought legal action against the Company and authorised signatory. Now we paid the suppliers all the outstanding due Please provide instructions on how to withdraw the case.

It is really insane how you people deal in your commercail transactions; if the case is in court and you were ready to pay why not to make them first withdraw the case or deposited the amount in court.. you people are doing bussiness ?

Ask the party that filed the case to withdraw it ... and if they wan to take you on ride for your follies then try to make statement in cpurt that the amounts ahs been paid and settled finally so the case bi dismissed. Hope you have proepr receipts of payment and received the cheque back,...

Inform to your supplier for withdraw the case. withdraw procedure follows.
