Respected sir,
My sister who is a muslim got married for the 2nd time after the divorce with the 1st husband, She got married to 2nd husband 10 yrs back and now without the knowledge my sister her husband has got married 2times with a divorcee itself and she has filed a fir against him for the maintanence of her and her 7yr old son. she dont even have resident to reside since he(husband) had kept her in a rented house and now from 6months the husband has absconding, the honourble court has given permission to my sister to reside with her child in in-laws house. but the problem is they (in-laws) are proving that their son is not at all residing with them since 10yrs and marriage itself is illegal since he(their son) got married without the permission of them(family).
but the true fact is this he is residing with them only and the 3rd marriage has been done by his family itself.
please need a strict and urgent advice from u, she is very helpless.
