sir,    I AM RESIDING IN MUMBAI WITH MY HUSBAND SINCE LAST 30 YEARS. MY FATHER EXPIRED AT VILLAGE 3 YEARS BACK,WE ARE 3BROTHERS AND 2 SISTERS,MY FATHER WAS HAVING 25 ACERS AGRICULTURE LAND ON HIS NAME, WHICH IS TO BE DIVIDED WITH IN 5 OF US,BUT MY ALL 3 BROTHERS DIVIDED THE PROPERTY WITH IN THEM WITHOUT OUR KNOWLED.GE.AND REGISTERED THE SAME,NOW I MY SELF AND MY YOUNGER SISTER WHO IS ALSO MARRIED STAYING AT INDORE MP  WANT OUR SHARE IN ABOVE SAID PROPERTY PL ADVICE US.

After 2005 amendment of the Hindu Succession Act,sons and daughters are entitled to equal share. Partition among brothers is not binding upon you and your sisters.
