Womens rights in grandfathers property

Dear Sir,

My grandfathers property 3000 sq ft (Ground floor commercial, first floor residential) is in Salem. My father is deaf and dumb and he has not earned on his own anything. We are four members. Two sisters and Two brothers. My elder brother is an advocate and he has transferred the entire property in his name and my younger brothers name and he has sold a portion of his property without informing us.

Younger brother is in USA. Now my mother and both the brothers are telling that I have no rights in the property.

I am located at Bangalore. I am financially not sound, I am afraid to file a case against them. Hence pls advise whether married women (married in the year 1992) has rights in Grandfathers property and how to proceed.   Pls advise.

 Regards

Selvi

Dear Sir,

Thanks for your valuable feedback.

I am staying in Bangalore. The property is in Salem. In case if I am filing the case I have to consult the lawyer only in Salem or lawyer from Bangalore also can take up the case?. I am not familiar with legal procedures. I am financially not sound, pls let me know approximate fees required for running the case. And how may years it will take to know the judgement.

Thanks for your kind co-operation

Dear Sir,

In case if I am filing the case whether I have to file the case against my father or against my both the brothers. My father is deaf and dumb and he does not know anything about the background but my mother is aware of everything. My grandfather has two sons. Elder son is mentally disordered and he died also. His wife is still living and she doesn't have children. My lawyer brother  cheated her and transferred the entire property in his name and my younger brothers name, for which my mothers also supported them and I was not at all informed for the past 10 years. And in the recent years I asked for my share but everyone including my mother is dening to give my share. Hence if i file the case whether my younger brother in USA has to come to India OR my mother has to attend the court. Pls advise
