Wrong employment

Hi,

My employer recruited me on third party payroll, but later I came to know that its not a job but an arrangement where neither my company nor the third party payer has nay laibility for me. For instance if I face any problem with my manager/colleague/senior, there is no one I can seek help form.

The employer has cheated on me, can I go ahead and take legal help.

Who is this third party?, how can a third party recruit you or utilise your service without your consent?  Stop posting such academic queries, instead you can come out with real facts for proper opinion.

Now a day’s every corporate prefer manpower outsourcing. Even the Central Govt. of India also hires outsourced manpower. However, there are certain compliances fulfilled by the outsourced company & they employ and deploy their employees at client sites. The terms are clearly mentioned in the Appointment Letter. These employees do the work for the client as per their direction, however, get paid by the outsourcing company as per the terms executed at the time of Appointment.
