what is the procedure for the lawyer license (BCI)?
who pass the law how he/she can do license? which document will need?

Visit the office of State Bar Council of the state where you are residing. They would issue a set of application form for enrollment and challans to fill and remit necessary fee. You need to submit a xerox copy of law degree. In some states, enrollment is done on a particular of the week and some questions may be asked by the enrollment committee. You need to wear advocate's attire while attending the enrollment meeting.

GO TO THE OFFICE OF STATE BAR COUNCIL AND COMPLY ALL FORMALITIES THEN YOU GAT THE REGISTRATION.

Till the September there is no problem to enroll, after that rules are changing by BCI. To get enroll you have to practice at a senior for 1 year after that there will be a test.
