Under what circumstances wife can claim husbands property

If a wife is divorced or the husband is not alive then a wife can claim the husband's property. If the husband is alive, she cannot claim his property during his lifetime.

The wife cannot claim any share out of her husband's properties as a right either in the course of their married life or after dissolution of their marriage by a decree of divorce.
