cancellation of partition deed

3 brothers made partition deed and registered it. later one among them cancelled the said deed. whether he can cancell it without the interference of the court?

What is the reason for cancellation? Wheather all are consented to cancel it? If at all what is the status after cacellation of partition? give details.

Dear friends, when a partiton deed registered according to rule regulaton,at the moment it become legally enforceable document and it can not be cancell without the consent of the other parties to the deed.

Any party can challange the said partition in jurisdictional court and it was executed through undueinfluence and some other grounds. Otherwise not possible.
