insurance claim due to not submitting all documents

If an insured person have not submitted all documents for insurance claim and the surveyor has rejected the claim. Then what is the recourse that can be taken by the insurer and the surveyor in respect to such claim?

The query seems to be academic, but you do not have any such problem. Nonsubmission of insured papers is the insurer's mistake but not by the surveyor.

Surveyor has no authority to reject claim, it is only Insurance company who can reject claim on genuine ground. Query seems vague and hypothetical.

First of all submit the claim, if it is rejected by the insurance company with the reasons stated therein, you may set them right to the extent possible and if the insurance claim is still repudiated, then you can approach either the Insurance Ombudsman or consumer commission to get your grievances redressed.
